Hanhua Financial Holding Co., Ltd. has announced its first H share class meeting for 2024, scheduled for 2nd August, to discuss and potentially approve amendments to the Articles of Association. Shareholders are instructed to lodge transfer documents by 26th July to be eligible to vote, and may appoint a proxy to attend on their behalf. The meeting is set to take place at the company’s conference room in Chongqing, China, and is not expected to last more than half a day.
