The committee, primarily comprising Independent Non-Executive Directors, is tasked with reviewing the board’s structure, diversity, and director appointments in line with the company’s corporate strategy. Additionally, they are responsible for overseeing director and senior management remuneration policies and packages, ensuring a formal and transparent process.
