Hammerson PLC has announced a change in major shareholdings following actions by Richmond Group Limited, which resulted in a change in voting rights on September 25, 2024. The company, a UK-based real estate investment trust, disclosed that the Richmond Group’s total voting rights have slightly decreased from 3.027% to 2.938%. The notification of this change was completed in Bournemouth, UK on September 26, 2024.
