Hammerson plc has announced that Harry Badham, a key managerial figure, received an award of shares that vested as part of the company’s Restricted Share Plan. On vesting, a portion of these shares was sold to cover associated tax liabilities, with the transactions occurring outside of a trading venue and on the London Stock Exchange. The company has complied with UK Market Abuse Regulation by making this transaction public.
