Hammerson plc R.E.I.T. (GB:HMSO) has released an update.
Hammerson plc has announced that following a Share Consolidation, shareholders on the South Africa Register will receive a cash payment for any fractional shares owned, calculated at 10% less than the average traded price of R73.1503 on September 30, 2024. However, cash payments under £5.00 will not be distributed but instead donated to charity by the company.
