Halmont Properties Secures C$50 Million Investment

Halmont Properties (TSE:HMT) has released an update.

Halmont Properties Corporation has successfully closed a C$50 million non-brokered private placement, issuing 50 million series II convertible preferred shares. The proceeds will be used to bolster their investments in the real estate and forest sectors and to pay down existing debt, enhancing financial flexibility.
