Halfords Group PLC has announced that its registered share capital comprises 218,928,736 ordinary shares with equal voting rights, and no treasury shares. Shareholders may use this total count as a reference for disclosing changes in ownership as per the FCA’s Transparency Rules. The company secretary, Tim O’Gorman has provided the disclosure inline with regulatory requirements.
