Halcyon Agri Corporation Limited has announced an immediate reshuffle of its Board of Directors and Audit Committee, with Ms. Chen Lei appointed as a new member following Mr. Liu Yongsheng’s resignation. The reconstituted board and audit committee now include a mix of executive, independent, and non-executive non-independent directors, with Ms. Chen Lei being considered non-independent according to the Listing Manual.
