Halcones Precious Metals Corp. has launched a private placement to raise up to $800,000 through the sale of 16 million units at $0.05 each, including a share and a purchase warrant. These funds are aimed to support the exploration and potential acquisition of mineral properties, in addition to bolstering general corporate capital. The offering is expected to close by August 30, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
