Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 1 per 10 shares for the year ending 31 December 2023, with an update indicating that dividends for Hong Kong share registrants will be paid in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.098679. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 26 June 2024 to be eligible for the dividend, which will be paid on 08 August 2024, following a book close period from 27 June to 02 July 2024.
