Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. has announced the proposed appointments of BDO and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as their new external auditors for 2024, following PricewaterhouseCoopers’ retirement. Additionally, a change in the company’s supervisory committee is proposed, with Mr. Xie Weiqing set to replace Mr. Li Zhenghao, pending approval at the extraordinary general meeting. The company has appreciated Mr. Li’s contributions and expressed confidence in the capabilities of the incoming auditors and supervisor.
