Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. has announced that it will maintain its total dividend distribution at approximately RMB 7,471 million despite a change in the number of shares due to a transfer to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The dividend per 10 shares has been slightly adjusted to RMB 8.0131, with H shareholders receiving HK$8.796132 and D shareholders approximately EUR1.043413 per 10 shares. The dividend is set to be paid on 16 August 2022.
