The proposed option scheme, if approved, will allow for the issuance of shares up to 10% of the total number of the company’s issued shares, facilitating share subscriptions for eligible participants. The meeting will also address any actions necessary to implement the scheme, pending regulatory approval and adherence to the Cayman Islands Companies Act.
