Hafary Holdings Limited has announced major changes to its board of directors, with the appointment of Mr. Lim Wah Fong and Mr. Darell Lim Chee Lek as new Independent Directors. These appointments follow the departures of Mr. Terrance Tan Kong Hwa and Mr. Ong Beng Chye from the board. Additionally, Mr. Foo Yong How will take on the role of Independent Non-Executive Chairman and Lead Independent Director, reflecting a significant reshuffling in the company’s leadership structure.
