H World Group Limited, previously known as Huazhu Group Limited, announced a change in its board composition effective from July 2, 2024. Mr. ZHANG Shangzhi will step down as a director but will continue as a board observer, while Ms. ZHENG Jie, with extensive leadership experience in the automotive and hospitality industries, will be appointed as an executive director. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
