Gusbourne Plc has received a request from its majority shareholder, Lord Ashcroft, to convene a General Meeting to discuss delisting from the AIM market. The company’s Board of Directors plans to comply with this request, and as a result, Gusbourne has concluded its strategic review and is no longer in an ‘offer period’ as defined by the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
