Guotai Junan Proposes New Board Appointments

Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited (HK:1788) has released an update.

Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited announces the proposal to appoint Dr. XIE Lebin and Mr. DONG Boyang as non-executive directors, subject to shareholder approval. Both appointees have extensive experience within the parent company, Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd., and its subsidiaries, with Dr. XIE previously serving as a non-executive director for the company. Upon appointment, Dr. XIE and Mr. DONG will join the Nomination Committee and Risk Committee, respectively, without receiving director’s fees or other emoluments.
