GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad has announced the member’s voluntary winding up of two indirect subsidiaries, DC Offices Sdn Bhd and JB Parade Condominium Sdn Bhd, with no plans for their future activation. The liquidation is overseen by appointed liquidator Mr. Lim Guan Chai and is expected to have no significant impact on the parent company’s net assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending June 30, 2024.
