Guoco Group (HK:0053) has released an update.
Guoco Group has announced the renewal of its banking transactions with Hong Leong Financial Institutions until 30 June 2027, under a new cap of approximately US$122 million. These transactions are part of the Group’s ordinary treasury activities and are conducted on commercial terms comparable to those with unconnected financial institutions. The Group has implemented internal control procedures and policies to ensure proper monitoring and compliance with the Listing Rules.
