Gunsynd PLC has mutually agreed with Metals One to terminate their farm-in to the Black Schist project in Finland. The initial 6.25% stake Gunsynd acquired for £250,000 can now be re-acquired by Metals One within three years under certain conditions. Additionally, as part of the termination, Gunsynd’s warrants to subscribe for 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares in Metals One have been canceled.
