Gunsynd PLC has expanded its uranium exploration portfolio by acquiring 100% interest in the West Dismal uranium project in Nunavut, Canada. The company finalized the transaction through an issuance of new ordinary shares and a cash payment to Pinwheel Resources, which will also operate the project and receive a 1.5% net smelter royalty. This strategic acquisition, situated near Gunsynd’s existing Falcon Lake Project, further strengthens their position in the uranium sector, with plans to commence initial reconnaissance work in the near future.
