Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd. has announced a $15 million interim dividend, at a distribution rate of 6.832 US cents per common share, to be paid on July 19, 2024. Shareholders have the option to receive payments in GBP by default or elect to receive in USD before the July 8, 2024 deadline. The company advises shareholders who wish to change their dividend currency or modify payment methods to contact Computershare Investor Services PLC.
