Gulf Keystone Petroleum (GB:GKP) has released an update.
Gulf Keystone Petroleum has announced the first awards under its 2024 Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), approved by shareholders, granted to employees including executive directors and members of the wider workforce in Kurdistan. The awards granted are based on a fixed share price and come with a three-year vesting period, subject to performance conditions and continued employment for non-director staff. In total, 2,080,928 awards were granted, with executive directors and PDMRs’ awards being subject to absolute and relative total shareholder return performance conditions.
