Guinness VCT Plc has announced an offer to raise up to £15 million through a subscription of shares, with incentives for early investment including a tiered discount system effective until February 2025. Existing Guinness Investors will also enjoy an additional discount, while the offer is subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming general meeting. The prospectus and details of the offer are available on the company’s website and the National Storage Mechanism.
