Guinness VCT PLC has completed its latest offering, with the final allotment of 263,234 Ordinary Shares issued at prices ranging from 99.07p to 101.67p per share, following the closure of their subscription offer on June 28, 2024. This brings the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 7,665,702, with all shares expected to begin trading on the London Stock Exchange around July 5, 2024. Shareholders can now use this total as the denominator in shareholding notifications as required by the FCA’s rules.
