Guardion Health Sciences, Inc. has announced the departure of its President and CEO, Jan Hall, set to leave the company on October 17, 2024. Hall will receive a severance package of $400,000 and a transaction bonus of $300,000 following the sale of its Viactiv brand, all subject to standard deductions. The company is actively seeking an interim CEO to take over before Hall’s departure.
