Guanze Medical Executes Share Purchase for Award Scheme

Guanze Medical Information Industry (Holding) Co., Ltd. (HK:2427) has released an update.

Guanze Medical Information Industry (Holding) Co., Ltd. has voluntarily announced the on-market purchase of 1,785,000 shares, amounting to about 0.19% of its issued share capital, for HK$1,529,100 to fulfill the obligations of its Share Award Scheme. The shares, bought between June 3 and June 25, 2024, will be granted to selected participants under the scheme, which was adopted by the company’s Board. The Trustee or Trust Holdco now holds 13,918,000 shares, with the majority earmarked for satisfying outstanding awards.
