Guanze Medical Information Industry (Holding) Co., Ltd. has announced the on-market purchase of 2,795,000 shares at an average price of HK$0.97 per share, to fulfill the obligations under its Share Award Scheme. The total consideration for these shares, excluding transaction costs, amounted to HK$2,699,350. These shares, now held by the Trustee or Trust Holdco, are considered public holdings as per the Listing Rules.
