Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. has announced a proposed final dividend of RMB 0.4 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with shareholder approval slated for June 13, 2024. The dividend is set to be paid on July 26, 2024, with the ex-dividend date on June 17, and the record date on June 25. Non-resident shareholders will be subject to a withholding tax rate of 10% or 20%, depending on their country’s tax treaty with China.
