Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Holdings Company has announced the resignation of Mr. Cai Ruiyu as the chairperson of their Supervisory Committee, with Ms. Liu Lan proposed as his successor. Ms. Liu brings extensive experience in legal affairs and corporate governance, having served in various senior roles at China Telecom and Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Holdings. Her appointment is subject to shareholder approval, with her remuneration to be determined subsequently.
