Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.03 per share for the six months ending on 30 June 2024, with payment to be made on 30 September 2024. Shareholders should note the ex-dividend date is 12 September 2024, and the dividend will be subjected to a 10% withholding tax for non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders, and 20% for investors through Southbound Trading.
