Guangdong Land Holdings Limited announces new construction management service agreements through its subsidiary Yuehai Technology, with Yue Gang Water Supply and Guangdong Yuehai Water, effective from September 25, 2024, to December 31, 2026. These agreements relate to the provision of comprehensive construction management for adjacent land projects and are subject to annual review under the Listing Rules but are exempt from independent shareholder approval due to their size. The Zhishui project, managed by Yuehai, has already begun and is anticipated to be filed for completion by the end of 2026.
