Guangdong Land Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. LAN Runing as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee due to a change in work arrangement, effective from 13 September 2024. Mr. KUANG Hu, previously the Vice Chairman, has stepped up as the Acting Chairman of the Board and Acting Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
