Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. has successfully completed a C$11.35 million brokered financing to fund production ramp-ups, mine and mill improvements, general expenses, and detailed exploration activities. The offering involved units priced at C$0.20, each comprising a share and a warrant, with Research Capital Corporation and Red Cloud Securities Inc. leading the effort. The raised capital will specifically enhance operations at Guanajuato and Durango, modernize the Topia complex, and support exploration at the San Ignacio and Valenciana properties.
