Guan Chao Holdings Limited has announced a further delay in the despatch of its circular related to a proposed Rights Issue, which will now be distributed by 6th September 2024. The Rights Issue is set on a basis of four Rights Shares for every one Share held. The revised schedule includes the closure of the company’s register of members for the EGM from 23rd to 27th September, with the EGM to approve the Rights Issue scheduled for 27th September 2024.
