GTN Limited has disclosed a change in Director Robert Martino’s interests in the company, reporting that he no longer holds any securities directly. However, as an employee and a less than 20% shareholder of Viburnum Funds Pty Ltd, Martino maintains an indirect interest in over 71 million GTN Limited securities. No new direct interests or contracts have been reported for the director.
