Key developments included acquisitions of PAYPT Finance Ltd, a licensed Canadian money services business, and Semnet Pte Ltd, a Singaporean cybersecurity firm. The company also highlighted substantial post-period growth and expansion efforts into Europe with the planned acquisition of Bonfirepay in Spain.
