GSTechnologies Ltd, a fintech firm, has successfully raised £1.25 million by placing over 119 million shares, which will be used to boost its GS Money strategy and potential acquisitions. The shares will trade on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, with the transaction facilitated by CMC Markets as the sole placing agent. The company’s issued share capital will increase to over 2 billion shares upon the completion of this placement.
