GSTechnologies Ltd. has announced a pivotal move to acquire Bonfirepay SL, a Spanish financial company, to boost its B2B cross-border payments and currency exchange services within the European Economic Area. The acquisition is contingent on Bonfirepay’s registration as a Small Payment Institution in Spain. Additionally, the company has extended the agreement period for acquiring a major stake in EasySend Ltd., furthering their strategic expansion into the Polish market.
