Haleon PLC has announced that GSK plc has sold all of its remaining shares in the company, effectively reducing its voting rights and financial instrument holdings in Haleon to zero. The shares were held indirectly through GSK (No.1) Scottish Limited Partnership and Glaxo Group Limited, with Vidacos Nominees Limited as the custodian.
