Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. has updated its offering document for a brokered financing effort aiming to raise up to C$10.875 million, with the transaction expected to close in early May 2024. The offering, led by a syndicate of financial institutions, is contingent on regulatory approvals, including from the TSX Venture Exchange. GSilver, known for reviving historic mines in Mexico, is expanding its silver and gold production.
