GSH Corporation Limited has announced the successful closure of three securities issuances, collectively raising S$16.52 million in gross proceeds. The digital securities will be listed on the ADDX digital platform on 13 September 2024. Prominently, the company’s CEO, Gilbert Ee Guan Hui, has personally subscribed to more than half of the G009 Issue, contributing S$5.0 million.
