GS Holdings Ltd. announces a rights issue of up to 570,888,708 new ordinary shares at S$0.015 each, allowing shareholders two new shares for every existing one held. Notification and rights issue forms were dispatched, with instructions available online. The offer is exclusive to Singaporean shareholders, with foreign shareholders excluded due to legal restrictions.
