The shareholders of GRUPO WHITENI SOCIMI S.A., holding 100% of the share capital, convened in Madrid to unanimously agree on holding an Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting. The agenda included the approval of the 2023 annual accounts, management actions, and financial results application. Extraordinary resolutions encompassed a partial financial reverse spin-off, share capital adjustments, and the reappointment of the company’s auditors for 2024-2026.
