At the extraordinary general meeting of GRUPO WHITENI SOCIMI S.A., shareholders representing 100% of the company’s capital met to unanimously accept Ms. Sonsoles Seoane’s resignation from the board, re-elect Mr. Fernando de Góngora, and approve FRATELLI EQUITY S.L. and Mr. Ángel María Vallejo as new board members.
