Grupo Supervielle S.A. (SUPV) has released an update.
Grupo Supervielle S.A., a prominent financial services group in Argentina, has announced a significant dividend payment to its shareholders, set to commence on April 29, 2024. The payment totals AR$ 19.47 billion, which equates to AR$ 43.98 per outstanding share and AR$ 219.91 per American Depositary Share. Shareholders should note that the dividends, derived from profits of previous years, are subject to a 7% withholding tax.
