Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A. has announced an Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for August 20th, 2024, to discuss major initiatives including the acquisition of HSBC Bank Argentina S.A. and its affiliates, and two proposed capital increases with conditional approval from the Argentine Central Bank. The increases involve issuing new Class B ordinary shares, potentially adjusting payment methods, and seeking authorization for local and international public offerings. Shareholders are required to register their attendance and may participate remotely via Microsoft Teams.
