Grupo Financiero Galicia (GGAL) has released an update.
Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A. has announced a substantial cash dividend payment of Ps. 65 billion to its shareholders, to be distributed on May 14, 2024. The dividend amount per share stands at Ps. 44.08, equivalent to 4.4077% of the company’s capital stock as per the last financial statement. Payments will be processed through Caja de Valores S.A. and for ADR holders via the Bank of New York Mellon, adhering to local tax guidelines and regulatory currency conversion rules.
