Grupo Financiero Galicia SA (GGAL) has released an update.
Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A. has announced a significant cash dividend payment to its shareholders, with the record date set for July 19, 2024, and the payment date on June 24, 2024. Shareholders will receive Ps. 103.619449486354 per share, which totals an aggregate payment of Ps. 152.806.782.631,30. Dividend payouts will be subjected to a 7% withholding tax and will be distributed through Caja de Valores S.A. and for ADR holders, through the Bank of New York Mellon.
