Grupo Aval to Issue COP 400 Billion Notes

Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores SA Pfd (AVAL) has released an update.

Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. has received authorization from the Superintendency of Finance of Colombia to issue ordinary notes worth up to COP 400 billion in the local market. Rated AAA by BRC Ratings, these notes will be available exclusively in Colombia and feature maturities ranging from two to eighteen years.
